Observer Pass for Chaperone

Observer Pass Policy

  • One (1) complimentary Observer Pass is provided to a chaperone for group registrations of 10 pax or more, only if the group requires a chaperone.
  • A chaperone is defined as support personnel accompanying a group delegation.

An Observer Pass grants a chaperone limited access to:

  • Opening and Closing Ceremonies
  • Open sessions and public activities 

Please note that Observer Pass holders will not have participatory access to closed-door sessions, workshops, or sessions requiring advance booking, as these are reserved exclusively for registered delegates. The Observer Pass will be limited to observation (view and listen) only for these sessions, where applicable.
